With PopHire, you only pay when you hire a candidate through the platform. You can close your account at any time with no cost to you and no cancelation fees.
Can I upgrade to a different plan?
Absolutely. The professional plan fits the needs of the vast majority of our customers, however, custom options are available in the Enterprise plan. Please reach out to support so that we can create a tailored solution that suits your requirements.
Is this an one-off payment or an annual subscription?
PopHire works on a “pay for performance” model. That means you only pay when you hire a candidate that originated from the PopHire platform. That payment includes the reward to the referrer as specified by you for the position, and the 10% charge for PopHire’s service. As an example. If you offered a reward of $1,000 to hire a Software Engineer and PopHire brought you the perfect candidate. Your total cost for the hire would be $1,100 -> $1,000 goes to the referrer as their reward and $100 goes to PopHire as the platform service provider.
Is the Professional plan suitable for small teams?
Yes! The professional plane is perfect for small, medium, and even large teams. There is no limit to the number of users, referrers, or candidates on any plan.
